• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes and enhancements in web applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM CICS (Customer Information Control System).
• Strong knowledge of web application development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting web-based applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation for design and implementation.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
