Web Developer

Do you have experience building and optimizing WordPress websites with SEO in mind We're looking for a detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing digital marketing agency and help local businesses improve their online presence through high-performing websites.

About the Role

As a Web Developer, you'll work closely with our SEO team to build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites that drive organic traffic and deliver a great user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while creating websites that perform.

Compensation - $300-$400 USD/month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality websites using WordPress, including custom website builds and ongoing updates.
• Develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites from the ground up based on client and business needs.
• Manage and optimize websites across WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow.
• Leverage AI-powered website builders and tools to improve development efficiency.
• Implement SEO best practices, including site structure, page speed, mobile optimization, metadata, and on-page optimization.
• Troubleshoot website issues, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver websites that align with branding, marketing, and business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience building and managing WordPress websites, including custom builds.
• Experience with Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices.
• Experience using AI-powered web development tools.
• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing previous website projects is highly preferred.
