Web Designing Associate

Day-to-day tasks include creating responsive web layouts, optimizing user experience (UX), and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines across pages and platforms. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear, accessible web designs and may assist with landing pages, microsites, and digital assets for marketing and client communications. The role also involves basic content placement, performance optimization, and adherence to security, accessibility, and usability standards. The Web Designing Associate is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and proactively suggest design improvements aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in web layout and visual design using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
• Proficiency in front-end implementation basics, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Experience creating user-centered designs, with an understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations teams to align web design with branding, content, and business objectives.
• Attention to detail in typography, color usage, imagery, and overall design consistency across desktop and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to present design concepts and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
