Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Web Designer / UX Designer with strong expertise in
UX concepts, digital product design, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing SaaS-based products and web applications using modern design tools such as
Figma and Adobe Suite, along with exposure to AI-powered design tools.
The role requires strong collaboration skills, problem-solving ability, and a user-centric mindset to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities UX & Product Design
- Create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs for web and digital products
- Apply strong interaction design and visual design principles across projects
- Collaborate with UX Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into effective design solutions
Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and deliverables clearly to internal teams and clients
- Participate in UX discussions, sprint rituals, workshops, and client presentations
- Work closely with cross-functional and global teams in an Agile environment
- Adjust effectively to changing priorities and project scopes
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify project risks and escalate appropriately
- Suggest improvements to existing tools, workflows, and design processes
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven design practices
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovation-focused team culture
Required Skills & Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in a UX / Web Design role within SaaS products or web application environments
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Hands-on experience designing digital products and customer-centric applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using AI-powered design or productivity tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Lean practices
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
