Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web Designer, based in Pune with flexibility for some remote work. The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly and visually appealing websites, creating graphics, ensuring responsive web design, and contributing to front-end development. They will collaborate with various teams to turn creative ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences, ensuring they align with the company's vision and client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create user-centric and visually appealing designs
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics to produce high-quality visuals and assets that enhance the user experience
• Experience in Front-End Development to build functional and intuitive user interfaces
• Understanding of best practices in UI/UX design and design trends
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in digital marketing or branding projects is an advantage
