Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Web Designer & PHP/WordPress Developer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience in website design and development, with strong hands-on knowledge of WordPress and PHP.

The candidate should be capable of developing, customizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting websites independently while creating responsive and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, professional websites.
Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
Work with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Customize existing WordPress themes according to project requirements.
Develop and maintain WooCommerce websites.
Troubleshoot website, theme, plugin, and compatibility issues.
Fix bugs and resolve technical website issues.
Handle website migration, backups, hosting, cPanel, and domain-related tasks.
Improve website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.
Maintain and update existing client websites.
Work independently on assigned website projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of WordPress and PHP.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization.
Experience with responsive web design.
Knowledge of WooCommerce.
Understanding of hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, backups, and website migration.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage website development tasks independently.

Preferred

Experience with page builders such as Elementor and knowledge of website speed optimization, security, APIs, and basic SEO will be an added advantage.

Candidates should share their updated resume along with a portfolio or links to websites they have previously developed.
