About the Role
This opportunity is with one of our design-led clients, and you'll be working closely with their team on building high-impact digital experiences.
Website Designer (UI & Motion-led Web Design)

Location: Gandhinagar (On-site) | Hyderabad (for 5+ years experience)
Experience: 2–5 years
What you'll be working on:
- Designing visually strong websites and landing pages
- Creating interaction-led and motion-integrated web experiences
- Crafting high-impact hero sections and first impressions
- Translating brand identity into cohesive website UI systems
- Collaborating with developers (especially Webflow builds)
- Ensuring responsiveness, scalability, and consistency
- Contributing to design systems and digital frameworks
- Managing multiple projects and timelines
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2–5 years of experience in website / digital design
- Has a portfolio with 2–3 strong website projects (mandatory)
- Has strong fundamentals in typography, color, and composition
- Has experience with interaction design and motion-led interfaces
- Focuses on website UI (not purely app/product UX)
- Has strong visual taste and attention to detail
Tools & Skills:
- Figma (mandatory)
- Understanding of Webflow capabilities
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS (for collaboration)

- Think of websites as an extension of brand, not just UI
- Prefer clean, minimal, high-impact design
- Have a strong point of view and can defend your work
- Care deeply about craft, detail, and output quality
- Are comfortable experimenting and iterating fast
- Stay curious about design, systems, and trends
Role clarity:
- Focus is on website design (UI + motion + brand)
- Not a product UX / app-heavy role
- Not looking for static/template-based design
- Strong visual direction is critical
