Position: Web Designer & Developer

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM IST (India Shift)

Work Module: Onsite (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities – Website Development

• Design, develop, and maintain the company website
• Create high-converting landing pages
• Implement lead capture forms and integrations
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize website speed and performance
• Build SEO-friendly website structure
• Coordinate with Database Developer for lead storage (MySQL)

Key Responsibilities – Graphic & UI Design

• Design website UI layouts and page visuals
• Create banners, sliders, and hero sections
• Design basic app UI assets (icons, screens, placeholders)
• Create digital creatives for Google Ads and campaigns
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in website development (WordPress / HTML / CSS / JS / Webflow)
• Good command of UI & graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva)
• Understanding of UX and conversion-focused design
• Basic SEO and performance optimization knowledge
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
  

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic MySQL / backend understanding
• Experience working with startups
• Knowledge of analytics tools

Role Fit & Expectations
