At Data Eminence, we believe effective web design combines strong visual communication, functionality, and seamless user experiences. As a Web Designer, you will work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to design websites and digital interfaces that align with business objectives and user expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Design visually engaging, modern, and responsive websites.
Create wireframes, mockups, page layouts, and interactive prototypes.
Develop user-friendly navigation structures and interface designs.
Design landing pages, dashboards, forms, and marketing websites.
Ensure websites provide consistent experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Apply typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy effectively.
Create reusable design components and maintain design consistency.
Work with Figma and other design tools to develop website concepts.
Collaborate with frontend developers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation for development teams.
Review implemented websites and identify design inconsistencies.
Improve existing website layouts based on user feedback and usability principles.
Ensure designs follow basic web accessibility guidelines.
Maintain consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional pages and digital campaigns.
Research modern web design trends and emerging technologies.
Use AI-assisted design tools to support ideation and creative workflows.

We believe in learning by doing. You will gain practical experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, HTML, CSS, responsive design, UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, typography, design systems, accessibility, Tailwind CSS, and AI-powered design tools.

This is a hands-on design role where you will work on real websites and digital products, develop creative solutions, collaborate with technical teams, and strengthen your understanding of modern web design practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in web design, UI design, or relevant projects.
Strong understanding of web design and UI/UX principles.
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Understanding of usability and accessibility fundamentals.
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
Basic understanding of frontend frameworks and CSS libraries is an advantage.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
