About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in web design, development, or related fields. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in HTML and CSS coding, with the ability to write clean, reliable, and well-structured code. Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential. A strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, typography, and interactivity is required to create engaging user interfaces. Responsibilities
- Implement design mock-ups and elements within Cvent's internal CMS platform by writing HTML and CSS code, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Identify and execute necessary tweaks and workarounds within the technical constraints of the CMS environment to meet client specifications.
- Design visual assets for mobile applications, adhering to client branding and functional requirements.
- Act as a project manager and primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycle.
- Make informed business decisions regarding project prioritization, resource allocation, and scope management to optimize outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and project owner, guiding the design process from concept through deployment.
- Ensure that all deliverables contribute positively to the broader Cvent ecosystem, enhancing user experience and client satisfaction.
- Provide innovative and effective design solutions, acting as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
