Role Description
Unified Infotech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Content Writer to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of written English, excellent research skills, and the ability to create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content for websites and digital platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content that communicates our technology solutions, services, industry expertise, and brand value effectively to prospective clients and audiences across different digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, landing pages, blogs, service pages, case studies, and other digital assets.
- Research and write content related to technology, software development, digital transformation, SaaS, cloud, AI, mobile applications, and emerging technologies.
- Develop content aligned with SEO best practices, including keyword placement, search intent, headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
- Conduct thorough research using credible sources and transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Collaborate with SEO, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, Business Development, and Technology teams to understand content requirements.
- Create and optimize website content to improve readability, engagement, conversions, and search visibility.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, tone, consistency, accuracy, and brand guidelines.
- Write compelling content for service pages, technology pages, company profiles, portfolio pages, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in developing thought-leadership content, industry articles, whitepapers, and long-form content.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms wherever required.
- Maintain consistency in tone of voice, messaging, terminology, and brand communication.
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated with developments in technology, digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Manage multiple content assignments while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of professional experience in web content writing, technical content writing, digital content, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of website content structure and digital content best practices.
- Good knowledge of SEO content writing and search intent.
- Ability to research and write about technical and technology-related subjects.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
