Role Description The Web Content Writer at Essence Innovation will create clear, engaging, and user-focused content for the company's website and digital platforms, with a focus on explaining complex health and technology concepts in accessible language. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching healthcare and digital health topics, writing and updating web pages, blog posts, FAQs, and product copy, and collaborating with designers and product teams to ensure content supports user experience and brand messaging. The role also involves managing and organizing web content, maintaining consistency in tone and terminology, and optimizing content for readability and engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and user-centric content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and align web content with product goals and audience needs.
• Candidates should possess Content Management skills to maintain, update, and optimize website content across pages and sections.
• Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather accurate information on healthcare, technology, and user behavior.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and formatting, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
• Familiarity with digital health, mobile apps, or healthcare technology is preferred.
• Experience with basic SEO principles, content management systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is beneficial.
