The Web Content Creator is responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing digital content for websites and online platforms. This role involves writing SEO-friendly product descriptions, managing WooCommerce product data, and maintaining content accuracy using tools like Excel for bulk updates and data organization. The Web Content Creator works closely with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and enhanced user experience.

Create, edit, and update web content including product descriptions, landing pages, and website sections

Write SEO-optimized product descriptions for WooCommerce-based websites with accurate technical and marketing details

Import, modify, and manage product information using WooCommerce and Excel spreadsheets for bulk operations

Use Excel to clean, organize, validate, and update product data (SKUs, titles, prices, descriptions, tags, categories, attributes)

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search ranking

Optimize images, metadata, alt-text, and URLs to improve accessibility and SEO performance

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent digital brand identity

Monitor website content performance using analytics tools and update content based on insights

Maintain timely updates to product information and ensure content accuracy, relevance, and uniqueness

Review existing content periodically and perform enhancements to improve conversion and user engagement

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, basic formulas, bulk data management)
• Knowledge of WooCommerce and WordPress CMS
• Understanding of SEO concepts, keywords, and content strategy
• Basic image optimization techniques and metadata usage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
