Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Web & E-commerce Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic websites as well as high-performing e-commerce platforms.
The role requires strong expertise in PHP development, CMS platforms, e-commerce technologies, web server management, and third-party integrations, along with a focus on performance optimization, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and e-commerce platforms
- Build dynamic websites using PHP and CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.)
- Develop and manage e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento)
- Customize themes, plugins, and modules based on business requirements
- Integrate and manage payment gateways and third-party tools
- Implement order processing, shipping, and inventory systems
- Manage hosting environments, deployments, and server configurations
- Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability
- Ensure secure transactions, data protection, and best practices
- Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders
- Implement SEO and conversion optimization strategies
Technology Stack Exposure:- Front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Backend development using Custom PHP (versions 7.4.33, 8.0.30, 8.2.1, 8.3.21) and WordPress CMS
- Experience working with MySQL and MariaDB databases
- Integration and usage of third-party tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, Lead Forensics, HubSpot, and Formstack
- Hosting and deployment experience on platforms like Togglebox
- Working knowledge of server environments including LLSMP (versions 6.1.1, 6.3.4) and Apache (versions 2.4.57, 2.4.62)
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in PHP development
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento)
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Experience in API integrations and third-party tools
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx) and hosting environments
- Strong understanding of MySQL/MariaDB databases
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Knowledge of performance optimization and caching techniques
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and tracking tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in web and/or e-commerce development
Preferred (Good to Have):- Experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP integrations
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices
- Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks or headless commerce
