Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Weaver based in Palani. The Weaver will be responsible for creating high-quality textile products through weaving processes, managing yarns, setting up and operating weaving equipment, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure efficiency and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in production workflows.

- Experience in training or mentoring team members in weaving and production techniques

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to production challenges
- Relevant experience in a similar role or formal training in textiles or weaving is preferred
