Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Weaver based in Palani. The Weaver will be responsible for creating high-quality textile products through weaving processes, managing yarns, setting up and operating weaving equipment, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure efficiency and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in production workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in textile production and weaving processes, including handling and working with yarn
• Strong understanding of customer service within a textiles industry context
• Experience in training or mentoring team members in weaving and production techniques
• Knowledge of volunteer management principles, if applicable to team projects or initiatives
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to production challenges
• Relevant experience in a similar role or formal training in textiles or weaving is preferred
