Role Brief

We are looking for an experienced PCG Broking Sales professional to drive revenue growth through acquisition and deepening of High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI client relationships. This role requires strong expertise in wealth management products and the ability to provide holistic investment solutions across equity and alternate investment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients under the Private Client Group (PCG) segment
  • Drive AUM growth through equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and structured products
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through advisory-led engagement
  • Understand client financial goals and offer customized investment solutions
  • Achieve revenue targets through broking, distribution, and investment product sales
  • Coordinate with research, advisory, and product teams for portfolio recommendations
  • Ensure regular portfolio reviews and proactive client communication
  • Stay updated with market trends and provide timely investment insights to clients.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management / PCG / broking / private banking
  • Strong exposure to equity markets, PMS, AIF, structured products, and mutual funds
  • Proven track record in HNI acquisition and relationship management
  • Experience working with broking firms, wealth management firms, or private banks
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and client risk profiling
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and high-performance environment
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
