Role Description The Wealth Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their financial goals, and promoting suitable wealth management products and services. The executive will conduct regular client meetings, prepare proposals, explain product features and benefits, and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive portfolio growth. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, tracking leads and conversions, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and staying updated on market trends and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires accurate documentation, timely reporting of sales activities, and proactive follow-up to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in wealth management, financial sales, or related BFSI roles, with the ability to understand investment products and advisory services.
  • Strong client relationship management, business development, and negotiation skills, with a focus on ethical, client-centric selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, evaluate risk profiles, and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business administration, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial planning or wealth management are an advantage.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to manage pipelines, reporting, and client documentation.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in Bengaluru and familiarity with regulatory guidelines applicable to wealth and financial products is beneficial.
