Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Wealth Relationship Managers with a strong background in financial product sales and wealth management. The role focuses on acquiring, and managing investors for Pre-IPO, Private Equity, and Wealth Management solutions, with a strong emphasis on high-ticket deal closures, portfolio management, and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, onboard, and manage HNI, Ultra HNI, NRI, and Retail investors
  • Advise clients on a wide range of financial products and investment opportunities
  • Customized investment plans and portfolios, including Wealth Management solutions
  • Educate and convert investors for Pre-IPO and Private Equity investments
  • Lead client acquisition initiatives and build a strong investor pipeline
  • Maintain strong post-investment relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and portfolio expansion
  • Enhance customer profitability, retention, and long-term business relationships
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue and transaction targets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and investor engagement through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Attend investor meets, networking forums, and industry events for lead generation

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 57 years of experience in financial product sales or wealth management or
  • Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following:
  • Pre-IPO / Unlisted Shares
  • Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
  • Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
  • Mutual Funds.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Management (finance background preferred)

Core Skills

  • Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket investment deals
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and relationship management abilities
