Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise effectively with existing Wealth Relationship Managers within SBI to foster collaboration and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to SBI Wealth Branches, building strong relationships and liaising proactively with bank officials to drive joint initiatives.
- Take primary responsibility for the acquisition of new Wealth clients, expanding the client base for Sbicap Securities.
- Lead marketing efforts and provide comprehensive training to Wealth RMs on Demat and trading accounts, ensuring they are equipped to promote these services.
- Oversee and manage the daily deliverable activities of the business, with a key focus on achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Specific focus areas include driving Client Acquisitions & Activations.
Qualification:

- Proven experience in client acquisition or relationship management, preferably within the financial services or wealth management sector.
- Strong understanding of Demat accounts, trading platforms, and capital markets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and clients.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written), and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
