Job Description

About The Role

You will own the closure of new investor onboarding taking warm leads from our Wealth Advisors and driving them to their first mutual fund transaction. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role that demands strong product knowledge, consultative communication, and relentless follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end closure of warm leads handed off by Wealth Advisors
  • Explain our wealth platform, fund options, and investment process to prospective investors
  • Guide customers through mandate setup (SIP/lumpsum) and ensure first transaction completion
  • Drive aggressive, structured follow-ups via calls and messaging to minimise drop-offs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and report conversion status to team leads
  • Coordinate with ops and KYC teams to resolve onboarding blockers

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, BFSI, or fintech sales/ops
  • Good understanding of mutual funds, SIPs, and investment mandates
  • Strong communication skills ability to build trust quickly over the phone
  • Comfortable with high outbound volumes and sustained follow-up pressure
  • AMFI/NISM certification preferred; prior experience on wealth platforms is a plus.

Someone who takes ownership seriously you don't drop a lead until it's genuinely lost. You are equally comfortable explaining fund categories as you are troubleshooting a failed mandate. You close things.
