Wealth Manager – HNI Acquisition (Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager)

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our team as Wealth Managers – HNI Acquisition. The role involves building and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) while offering them tailored investment solutions across equity-based products.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for selling Equity-based investment products to clients.
Identify customer needs, assess risk appetite, and recommend appropriate investment options.
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
Maintain regular client engagement and provide timely updates to reporting managers.
Build long-term relationships with HNI clients to grow Assets Under Management (AUM).

Required Education, Skills & Knowledge

Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in direct sales of financial products such as Equity, Mutual Funds, Commodities, or Derivatives.
Candidates with AUM size of 20 Cr & above and strong HNI network will be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pleasing personality with a positive and professional attitude.
Self-starter, proactive, and target-driven individual.
Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
