About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our team as Wealth Managers – HNI Acquisition. The role involves building and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) while offering them tailored investment solutions across equity-based products.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling Equity-based investment products to clients.
• Identify customer needs, assess risk appetite, and recommend appropriate investment options.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
• Maintain regular client engagement and provide timely updates to reporting managers.
• Build long-term relationships with HNI clients to grow Assets Under Management (AUM).

Required Education, Skills & Knowledge

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in direct sales of financial products such as Equity, Mutual Funds, Commodities, or Derivatives.
• Candidates with AUM size of 20 Cr & above and strong HNI network will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Pleasing personality with a positive and professional attitude.
• Self-starter, proactive, and target-driven individual.
• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
