We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Wealth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions. The role requires strong relationship management skills, financial expertise, and the ability to deliver customized advice to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Provide tailored financial advice and comprehensive wealth management solutions.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Create, implement, and monitor investment strategies and financial plans.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tax, legal, investment analysts) to deliver holistic solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Achieve business growth targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's/Professional certifications like CFA/CFP/CA/ACCA preferred).
• Proven experience (3–7 years) in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and tax optimization strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
