Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire, develop, and manage relationships with Retail, HNI, and UHNI clients
  • Conduct thorough financial profiling to understand individual client needs and goals
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and personalized engagement
  • Manage clients sourced through foreign banks and wealth distribution partners

Retirement & Insurance Planning

  • Provide tailored financial planning services including retirement and investment strategies
  • Recommend appropriate insurance and financial products based on risk profiles and goals
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to assess performance and realign strategies as needed

Product Knowledge & Upselling

  • Maintain strong knowledge of financial instruments: mutual funds, bonds, equities, PMS, AIFs, structured products
  • Cross-sell and upsell life insurance offerings as part of a comprehensive wealth solution
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business revenue
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to source new client leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized investment and insurance strategies

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines in all client interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews
  • Proactively identify risks and apply mitigation strategies within client portfolios

Coordination with Partner Offices

  • Work closely with partner teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing
  • Represent the organization professionally in all third-party interactions

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare client performance reports and business analytics for management reviews
  • Use data insights to track trends, uncover opportunities, and improve client engagement
  • Provide structured feedback to product and strategy teams based on real-time market insights
