Roles and responsibilities

• Deal with the HNI clients and sell ULIP products
• Recruit and train distributors
• Organize and run recruitment events for distributors
• Continued training and motivating the team to drive ULIP business
• Attend joint field work and help the distributors whenever needed
• No need for IRDA or Mutual Fund exam. Direct empanelment.

Requirement -

• Life Insurance Agency channel OR Mutual Fund background
• Must have built good Life Insurance advisor or Mutual Fund distributor base.
• No direct selling.
• Age: 25 to 42 years
• Qualification: Graduation & above
• Good communication skills

How will you contribute to this role

-Recruit distributors/partners to sell ULIP products through them

-Be the custodian for revenue generation and achieve business targets

-Attend joint field work and help distributors/partners whenever needed
