Planify is hiring an AIF Distribution Manager to cater to high-net-worth individuals by offering pre-IPO, startup investment advice, and services that help guide their wealth as efficiently as possible. We are looking for someone passionate about startup funding, private equity, and wealth management space. Someone who can take ownership of providing the best opportunities to investors to invest in the startup and private equity space.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Provide independent, rigorous decision-making across the Private Investments portfolio (Private Equity).
- Helps in the distribution of VentureX AIF focused on SME Fund
- Approaching HNI clients, family offices, and VCs to invest in company-approved startups and secondary sales of private firms.
- Ensures portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining the desired relationship values.
- Financial planning and investment advisory to HNI/NRI clients through careful analysis and identification of customer needs and accordingly proposing appropriate products.
- Monitor existing private investments via periodic update meetings and calls with managers, reviewing performance reports, quarterly letters, and all other manager correspondence.
- Develop strategies to discover new potential investors.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in advisory and sales
- A master's degree in finance is a must.
- Strong Understanding of Capital/Stock Markets
- Strong Understanding of Fundraising and IPOs
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Experience with valuation, modeling, and financial forecasting
- Should have good communication skills and an attitude to grow and work smart
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-starter, proactive & target-oriented.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Well organized, customer-service oriented, and driven by a desire to consistently achieve top results
