We are seeking a dynamic Wealth Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra HNIs. The role involves providing holistic wealth management solutions including investment advisory, financial planning, and portfolio management, with a strong focus on client acquisition and AUM growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients
- Provide end-to-end wealth management solutions (equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, unlisted shares)
- Understand client financial goals and design customized investment strategies
- Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, and business development
- Cross-sell financial products to increase wallet share
- Monitor client portfolios and provide timely rebalancing advice
- Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Certifications preferred: CFA / CFP / NISM / CA / MBA (Finance)
- Proven track record in client acquisition and AUM growth
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
