Bajaj Capital Ltd is strengthening its Global Private Wealth team and is looking for experienced Senior Wealth Relationship Managers with a strong track record of managing HNI/UHNI relationships and building AUM.

Key Requirement

Candidates must currently handle/manage a minimum AUM of 15 Crore.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow a portfolio of HNI & Ultra-HNI clients
• Drive AUM acquisition and revenue growth
• Advise clients across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, Insurance & Direct Equity
• Develop long-term client relationships through proactive portfolio reviews
• Identify opportunities for asset acquisition and cross-selling
• Coordinate with research, product and operations teams for seamless client servicing
• Stay updated on market trends, investment products and regulatory developments
• Ensure high standards of compliance, ethics and transparency
  
  

Ideal Candidate

10+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory

Minimum 15 Cr AUM handled/managed – Mandatory

Strong HNI/UHNI client management experience

Proven track record in AUM acquisition and revenue generation

Strong relationship management and networking skills

Experience across multiple wealth products

Existing HNI/UHNI network will be an advantage

Strong business development and client acquisition orientation
