Job Title: Associate Vice President – Executive Division
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: up to ₹18 LPA
Role Overview:
The Associate Vice President – Executive Division plays a critical role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, conducting financial research, and leading teams. The role is structured around four key pillars essential to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth:
- Generate business through client referrals
- Expand service offerings and increase AUM from existing clients
- Build trust and credibility through effective communication
2. Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial goals and needs
- Address client queries and concerns in a timely manner
3. Research:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment funds
- Participate in fund manager discussions to align research insights
4. Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals
- Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and challenges
Requirements:
- MBA (Finance or related field) preferred
- OR 3–5 years of relevant experience
- OR CA / CFP / CFA (pursuing or completed)
- NISM Investment Advisory (Level A & B) certification preferred
Mode: Work from Office – 5 days/week
