Role Overview
In Private Wealth, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our wealth management
business. The role involves driving client acquisition at the highest levels, scaling the franchise, and
mentoring leaders within the team. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can balance
strategic vision with execution while nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring consistent
business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and attract HNI/UHNI clients through networking,
market analysis, and referrals.
Sales & Advisory: Offer in-house PMS and third-party investment products,
including Mutual Funds, Bonds, SIPs, AIFs, Unlisted Shares, Equities, Commodities,
and Currency.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
to address their financial goals and grow AUM.
Target Achievement: Meet business targets related to client acquisition, business
volume, and assets under management.
Desired Profile
Experience: 715 years in wealth management with proven success in managing
significant AUM.
Network: Strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and institutional
clients.
Skills: Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, client advisory expertise, and
leadership capabilities.
