We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager for Direct Sales to build and maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing clients and generate business through leads and references.
- Acquire new clients through personal network and company-provided leads.
- Achieve sales targets related to inflow, cross-selling, up-selling, and reference generation.
- Initiate and maintain contact with investors and leads through phone and in-person meetings.
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly contact with a minimum number of leads/clients.
- Provide feedback on calling activities in a defined format.
Skill Set & Personality Traits:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong passion for sales and client conversion.
- Ability to handle various types of clients over the phone.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Goal-oriented with a drive for results.
Experience:
- 4+ years in financial services with a proven track record.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with mandatory NISM Certification.

- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
