Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution channels, and managing partnerships to enhance the reach of wealth management products. The role focuses on developing and executing distribution strategies to acquire high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) and institutional investors while ensuring business growth and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, manage and expand relationships with financial advisors and distributors.
  • Drive sales performance by training and guiding premier agents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to optimize product offerings.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards in wealth product distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product positioning, marketing, and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience - > 2 years
  • Experience in wealth management, sales, and distribution.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
