As a Product Delivery Managerin the The Global Authorities Product team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle. Shape the future of product delivery, lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation. As a recognized subject matter expert, put your knowledge to use to work on complex issues, exercise considerable judgment, and make impactful decisions that shape the operational and business direction.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate sprint planning to ensure alignment and readiness
  • Host refinement calls to clarify requirements and prioritize backlog items
  • Maintain Jira hygiene, including updates, creation of technical tasks, and linking dependencies

  • Coordinate with Business and Tech Partner on requirements gathering and clarification
  • Collaborate with Testing team for bug reporting and prioritize remediation with product leads
  • Track and report sprint metrics, and facilitate sprint retrospectives for continuous improvement
  • Drive team planning and enable productive, efficient ways of working
  • Guide and support development teams in adopting agile practices to achieve organizational goals
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across teams
  • Track and manage team-level dependencies to ensure focused delivery and p

    repare and present end-of-sprint demo materials for product leaders

  • Capture and drive team improvement actions to promote speed, efficiency, and collaboration and

    Facilitate key scrum cadences and quarterly planning activities to enhance team performance

Requiredqualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in coaching teams on agile methodologies and project management
  • Experience managing and developing individual contributors
  • Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
  • Expertise in agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on team collaboration
  • Display advanced knowledge of monitoring agility metrics and driving continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification in Agile coaching
  • Familiarity with business acumen, change management, and continuous improvement

  • Experience building a strategy and roadmap across a large, diverse, global organization.
  • Experience with Atlassian agile planning and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, Planner, Portfolio, Align, etc.), Microsoft Office Products (spreadsheets, pivot tables, presentations on Power Point)
  • Wealth management experience a plus
