Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders in banks and NBFCs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle escalations and proactively resolve client issues to maintain trust

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations for high-value deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned to client needs

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor account performance and pipeline metrics to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals
  • Promote organizational thought leadership and strategic offerings to clients
