Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders in banks and NBFCs
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle escalations and proactively resolve client issues to maintain trust
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing accounts
- Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations for high-value deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned to client needs
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Monitor account performance and pipeline metrics to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals
- Promote organizational thought leadership and strategic offerings to clients
