  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate and close sales through cold calling and lead follow‑ups
    • Adhere to dialer KPIs, scripts, and calling standards
    • Maintain strong product knowledge and promote ongoing offers
    • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Deliver a customer‑centric sales experience while following company policies

Requirements:

  • Telecalling or telesales experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in at least two languages
  • Ability to work with scripts naturally and handle objections calmly
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
