We're Hiring: Senior Unreal Engine Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Unreal Engine Developer to build high-fidelity rendering applications and immersive, high-performance gaming experiences for PS5 and PC.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, C++, and Blueprints.
- Real-time 3D and game development expertise.
- Strong understanding of game architecture, OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
- Computer graphics concepts: texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering pipelines.
- Unreal Engine plugin development.
- Debugging, profiling, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Animation systems, blend shapes, IK/FK, retargeting, and morphable models.
- Procedural content generation and animation systems.
- Basic Python, file parsing, and data transfer between applications.
- Strong technical ownership and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- PS5 console development experience.
- Shader programming and MetaHuman pipelines.
- Unreal Engine Python API.
- DLC, patching, and dynamic content management.
- Maya, 3DS Max, physics engines, and clothing systems.
- Digital humans, virtual characters, neural reconstruction, or photogrammetry.
- Shipped game development experience.
- CI/CD pipelines and Perforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical development and provide engineering support across studios.
- Review game architecture and identify risks early.
- Optimize rendering, graphics, and game performance.
- Troubleshoot platform integration and complex engineering issues.
- Build reusable tools and systems to improve development efficiency.
- Guide CI/CD and Perforce workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.
