We're Hiring | Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Team Lead

Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to lead a team and drive strategic hiring across multiple business functions

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Team Lead who can manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, lead recruiter performance, and ensure timely hiring across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5–15 recruiters.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Manage volume, lateral, niche, and senior-level hiring.
• Handle hiring across IT, Sales, Training & Learning, Digital Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and other functions.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, recruiter productivity, and hiring closures.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven team-handling and leadership capabilities.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on timely closures.

Preferred Industry Experience: EdTech, IT/Technology, Staffing, Training & Consulting, Sales, or Digital Marketing.
