WE'RE HIRING: OPERATIONS HEAD

Shootza is a fast-growing media production and content creation startup. We are looking for an experienced Operations Head who can take complete ownership of day-to-day operations and work directly with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations

• Coordinate Sales, Client Service, Shoot Coordinators, Creators, Editing & QC teams

• Ensure every booking follows the defined process from confirmation to final delivery

• Monitor advances, pending payments and collection follow-ups

• Manage shoot schedules, creator assignments and resource planning

• Track editing, QC, client approvals and final deliveries

• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution

• Identify process gaps and implement effective SOPs

• Set responsibilities, deadlines and accountability across teams

• Monitor team productivity and performance

• Review bookings, collections, pending projects and delayed deliveries

• Provide daily and weekly operational reports directly to the Founder

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Operations / Business Operations / Team Management experience

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Excellent planning, execution and follow-up capabilities

• Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing multiple teams and projects

• Understanding of payment tracking and collections

• Strong ownership and accountability mindset

• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment

• Media Production, Digital Marketing or Creative Agency experience preferred

This is not just a coordination role. We need someone who can take ownership, bring discipline to operations, fix process gaps and help Shootza scale across multiple cities.
