My True Match is a start-up matrimony platform, launching an upgraded version of it's App by this Diwali. Through psychologist-led compatibility assessments, background verification services, and expert horoscope analysis, we bring trust, transparency, and compatibility to the matrimonial journey.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager of Customer Experience to deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients throughout their journey with My True Match. This is a full-time onsite role based in North Bengaluru, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of executives.
• Handle customer escalations through the website communication and email
• Guide customers through onboarding and service processes.
• Explain platform services, assessments, and report timelines.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collect customer feedback and help improve customer experience.
• Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer support, customer service / client relations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Experience in matrimony, counseling, relationship services, or wellness industries is a plus.

Work Model
