Shift: Rotational Shifts

Work Week: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international voice calls and troubleshoot technical issues related to networks, printers, operating systems, and software.
• Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams or higher-level support for unresolved technical issues.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice / Technical Support / International BPO.
• Freshers may be considered based on excellent English communication and technical knowledge.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Strong spoken English, active listening, and basic technical troubleshooting skills required.
