Eligibility:

Minimum 6 Months Experience in International Voice Process

Qualification: 10+2 / Graduation / Diploma (3+1)

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries related to banking products, card payments, and billing issues.

• Track and verify transaction statuses, orders, and returns.

• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Identify and resolve payment or technical issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Meet service quality standards, SLAs, and first-contact resolution targets.
