10+2 / Graduation / Diploma (3+1) Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

*Job Responsibilities*

• Handle inbound customer interactions professionally via voice and semi-voice channels.• Resolve customer queries related to order tracking, refunds, returns, Prime memberships, and basic technical issues.• Accurately update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.• Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time (AHT), quality scores, and productivity targets.

*Salary Package*

Freshers – *2.5LPA TO 2.8LPA

Experienced Candidates – Up to 3.6 LPA

Shifts

• Rotational Shifts

*Cab Facility*

Day Shift – 1-Way Cab

Night Shift (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) – 2-Way Cab

Additional Benefits

Travel Allowance up to 3,500 (Based on Distance)
