**International AR Calling Process**

## Job Description

* Follow up with **US health insurance providers** regarding pending or outstanding medical claims.

* Perform **claim status verification** and ensure timely payment updates.

* Analyze denied or underpaid claims and identify the appropriate actions for resubmission, correction, or appeal.

* Accurately document call outcomes, claim updates, and follow-up actions in **billing systems and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software**.

* Ensure complete compliance with **HIPAA guidelines** while handling confidential patient and financial information.

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues and improve collections.

## Eligibility

10+2 / Intermediate

Graduates (Passing Years: **2022–2025**)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

B.Tech & Postgraduates are Not Eligible

## Salary Package

**2.4 LPA – 3.5 LPA** *(Freshers Only)*
