Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and validate client data for software implementation
• Configure software modules, digital forms, and customer environments
• Support product implementation, system setup, and quality validation
• Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT (GPT-5), Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies to improve productivity
• Collaborate with our Australia and UK Product Support & Customer Success teams
• Learn enterprise software implementation, product configuration, and customer onboarding

Requirements

• Engineering Graduate or Final Year Student (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related disciplines)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Passion for AI, software products, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
