WE'RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED VIRTUAL BOOKKEEPER

Remote | India-Based Candidates

A U.S.-based bookkeeping firm is looking for an experienced Virtual Bookkeeper who can provide accurate and reliable bookkeeping support.

Required Qualifications:

• Based in India
• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience working with U.S.-based companies
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA)
• Experience managing multiple client accounts through QBOA
• Strong skills in bank and credit card reconciliation, transaction categorization, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly closing
• Good English communication, attention to detail, and respect for confidential financial information

Important: Experience with QuickBooks Online alone does not meet the requirement. Candidates must have direct experience using QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Categorize transactions and identify discrepancies
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly closing
• Prepare financial reports and follow the firm's bookkeeping processes
