Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli West)
Shift Day Shift (10 AM – 7 PM)
Work Schedule: 6 days working (1 rotational off)
Mode: On-site
Experience: 6 months – 3 years
Package: Up to 4 LPA

Role Overview
As an **Inside Sales Executive**, you will engage with customers who have shown interest but haven't completed their purchase. Your role will involve both **outbound and inbound interactions**, guiding customers through their buying journey and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to customers via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and website enquiries
* Convert warm leads into successful sales through persuasive communication
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
* Handle objections effectively and provide seamless buying assistance
* Guide customers to nearby stores when needed
* Collaborate with Marketing & CRM teams
* Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
* Achieve sales, conversion, and revenue targets
KPIs
* Lead Conversion Rate
* Call Volume (Daily/Weekly)
* Revenue Generated
What We're Looking For
* Graduate (any discipline)
* 6 months–3 years in Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Engagement
* Strong communication skills (English + regional languages)
* Target-driven mindset with proven sales ability
* Comfortable with CRM tools and fast-paced environments
