We re Hiring | Civil Site Engineer - Gurgaon

Residential Building Project — Basement + Stilt + Ground + 3 Floors (B+S+G+3)

Dlf phase-2, Gurgaon | Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Joining

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Civil Site Engineer who leads from the front — not just supervising, but actively driving labour teams to deliver quality work on time.

What You'll Do

Directly manage and instruct labour gangs — masons, bar benders, carpenters, and helpers

Supervise RCC works — excavation, footings, columns, beams, and slabs across all floors

Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete quality as per structural drawings

Plan daily work targets and ensure zero idle time on site

Track material consumption — cement, steel, sand, aggregate — and raise timely indents

Ensure quality in brickwork, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing works

Maintain labour attendance register and submit daily progress reports

Coordinate with architect, structural consultant, and MEP teams when required

Enforce site safety — PPE compliance, barricading, and housekeeping

What We're Looking For

B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential construction site experience

Proven ability to handle and motivate labour teams on the ground

Ability to read structural and architectural drawings

Knowledge of IS codes for RCC and masonry works

Strong communication in Hindi; basic English reporting ability

Prior experience on basement / stilt floor construction is a strong plus

This is a fully on-site, ground-level execution role. Candidates looking for office or desk roles need not apply.
