WeThreee HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of a leading organization in the Professional Audio & AV Technology Industry.
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive national sales growth, develop dealer networks and build strategic business relationships across India.
Location: Chennai | Pan-India Travel
Experience: 5–8 Years Preferred
Salary: 75,000–1,00,000 per month (Total CTC, including performance incentives)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies.
- Expand dealer, distributor and reseller networks across India.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with broadcasters, production houses, studios and corporate AV clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and dealer training.
- Manage key accounts, sales pipelines and business opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Background in professional audio, AV, broadcast, camera or media technology preferred.
- Strong dealer network development and key account management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Annual CTC: 9–12 LPA at target achievement, including performance-linked incentives.
