We are seeking a highly motivated SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in SAP consulting and financial systems. The consultant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and support of SAP FICO solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions accordingly.
• Configure SAP FICO module based on business needs and best practices.
• Provide functional support during system testing and implementation phases.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FICO processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes within SAP.
• Prepare documentation for system configurations, changes, and user manuals.
• Participate in user training sessions and support end-users post-implementation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO module functionalities and configuration options.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO reporting tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
