wWe are seeking a Production Support Engineer (24x7 Shift Coverage) with deep expertise in Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms to ensure the stability, performance, and resilience of critical enterprise file transfer services. This role is pivotal in delivering L2/L3 support, leading incident resolution, and driving automation & process improvements

.The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge in MFT technologies with leadership and communication skills, ensuring both operational excellence and stakeholder confidence

Job Title: Juniper Network Engineer (GCP) – Pune

1) 5+ years experience in Juniper networking (MX, SRX, EX series

2) Strong hands-on in routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs

3) Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking – VPC, subnetting, hybrid connectivity

4) Expertise in firewall policies, security configurations, and troubleshooting

5) Manage and optimize network performance, availability, and scalability

6) Hands-on with automation/scripting (Python, Ansible preferred

7) Experience in cloud & on-prem network integration

8) Strong debugging skills for network incidents and outage

9) Good understanding of network monitoring & tool

10) Immediate joiner/high ownership mindset preferred
