We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
